CEO & Founder

Robert has spent four decades in the security industry, starting in the mid-1980s in loss prevention and private investigation, and later working with armored car companies and a family-owned security business before striking out on his own. He earned his POST certification through his own coursework, built and sold several businesses, and raised a family along the way — experience that shaped the disciplined, hands-on approach Multi Housing District Patrol is built on.

In 2010, Robert founded Multi Housing District Patrol and brought his wife, Jennifer, into the business. Today, as CEO, he draws on nearly 40 years of real-world security experience to guide the company.

CFO

Jennifer brings a wide-ranging background to Multi Housing District Patrol. Raised in LA County, she got her start young as a Sheriff's Explorer with dreams of becoming a deputy sheriff, then spent years in the medical field as an EKG technician and phlebotomist while raising a family. She later ran five divisions at Ancon Marine Supply & Salvage, overseeing hazmat spill and disaster cleanup crews on land and sea — a decade leading in a male-dominated industry.

Jennifer brings that same drive to MHDP as CFO, Qualified Manager, and majority shareholder, making the company a proud female-owned and Latina minority-owned business.
